Frequently asked questions

How do I play?+

Each level has tubes filled with colored liquid. Tap a tube to pick it up, then tap another to pour — the top color moves only onto a matching color or an empty tube, and only if there is room. Keep pouring until every tube holds a single color (or is empty). Use Undo if you get stuck, and a free Hint if you need a nudge.

What are the special levels?+

From a certain point the campaign mixes in six twists, each shown with an icon in Level Select and explained the first time you reach it: Fog (lower colors are hidden until uncovered), Locked tubes (open once you finish enough colors), mixed tube sizes, Density layers (heavier colors sink), Limited pours (solve within a move budget), and Timed levels (beat the clock).

I ran out of time on a timed level. Can I get more?+

Yes — when the clock runs out you can watch a short video to add 30 seconds and keep your board, or simply retry the level from the start. Timed levels are designed to be beatable; the time scales with the level’s difficulty.

Is every level solvable?+

Yes. Every board — including the fog, locked, density, limited-pour and timed variants — is generated and verified so it can always be solved. You will never hit an impossible or soft-locked level. Hints, Undo, and rewarded boosters are optional conveniences, never required.

Do you have a color-blind mode?+

Yes. Turn on Color-Blind Mode in Settings to add a distinct symbol to every color so the liquids are easy to tell apart without relying on color alone.

How do I restore my purchases?+

Open the in-game Shop and tap "Restore Purchases", then make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Restoring re-activates Remove Ads on a new or reinstalled device. Coins are consumable and are tied to the device they were purchased on.

I was charged but did not get my item.+

Purchases can take a moment to clear. First try "Restore Purchases" in the Shop. If the item still does not appear, email us from the account you purchased with and include the date and what you bought, and we will sort it out.

How do I turn off personalized ads?+

On iOS, decline the tracking prompt or turn it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, open Settings → Google → Ads and turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization". You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. You can also buy Remove Ads to stop banner and interstitial ads entirely.

How do I request deletion of my data?+

Pour Lab does not require an account and stores your progress on your device. You can wipe it any time from Settings → Reset Progress, or by deleting the app. To request deletion of any data associated with your device, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion".

The game crashes or runs slowly.+

Make sure you are on the latest version, restart your device, and confirm you have enough free storage. If it keeps happening, email us your device model and OS version so we can reproduce and fix it.
