Pour Lab — Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how DevNPlay ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Pour Lab (the "Game"). We built Pour Lab to be playable without you creating an account or giving us your name, and we collect as little personal information as possible.
By downloading or playing the Game you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Information We Collect
We do not ask you to register or provide your real name, email, or phone number to play. The information involved is limited to:
- Device & technical data — device model, operating system version, language, region, and a non-permanent advertising identifier, used by our ad and store partners to run and secure the Game.
- On-device game data — your level progress, stars, coins, daily-puzzle streak and settings are stored locally on your device (see "Data Stored on Your Device"). They are not uploaded to us.
- Purchase data — when you buy something, the App Store or Google Play processes the payment and our purchase provider (RevenueCat) tells us only whether the entitlement is active. We never receive or store your card number.
- Advertising data — when ads are shown, our ad partners may process an advertising identifier and limited device data to deliver and measure ads (see "Advertising").
- Support messages — if you email us, we receive the email address you write from and whatever you choose to include.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Game.
- To deliver and measure advertising and to enable and restore in-app purchases.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- To respond to your support requests.
4. Advertising
The Game is free and may display ads served by third-party advertising networks (for example, Google AdMob). These partners may use a device advertising identifier to show and measure ads, including, where permitted, personalized ads. Ads are configured for general audiences, and you can remove banner and interstitial ads with a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. Rewarded videos remain optional and are only shown when you choose to watch one — for example, to add time on a timed level, get extra pours, or earn free coins.
You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). On iOS, the Game requests permission before any tracking; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are used.
5. Data Stored on Your Device
Your level progress, stars, coins, daily-puzzle streak, unlocked themes, in-app settings, and purchase status are all stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device, is not synced to our servers, and — because there is no account — is not shared between devices. Deleting the Game or resetting progress in Settings removes this local data (paid entitlements such as Remove Ads can be restored from the store).
6. In-App Purchases
Purchases — a one-time Remove Ads and consumable coin packs — are processed entirely by Apple or Google and, for entitlement management, by our purchase provider (RevenueCat). Payment details are handled by the store and never reach our servers. We receive only an anonymized record that a purchase is active so we can unlock and restore it.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Game — the app stores, advertising, and purchase processing — and only as needed for those functions, or where required by law.
8. Data Retention
Because gameplay data lives on your device, you control its retention by keeping, resetting, or deleting the Game. Data handled by our ad, store, and purchase partners is retained according to their own policies. Support emails are kept while your request is open and for a reasonable period afterward.
9. Children's Privacy
Pour Lab is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a partner in connection with the Game, contact us and we will work to address it.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Because the Game does not require an account, most data is anonymous or stays on your device; to exercise a right or request deletion of data tied to your device, email us and we will help.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the limited data we handle.
12. International Transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
