Neon Drift — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Neon Drift (the "Game") provided by DevNPlay. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or otherwise interfere with fair play or other players;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game except where permitted by law;
• copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game or its assets; or
• use the Game in any unlawful way or to infringe anyone’s rights.

4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The Game may offer in-app purchases and virtual items (such as cosmetics, boosts, or currency). Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed not sold, and are non-transferable. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Except as required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game and all of its content, including art, music, code, and trademarks, are owned by DevNPlay or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevNPlay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Game or other players. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to DevNPlay’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game means you accept the revised Terms.
