Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchases?+

Open the in-game Store and tap "Restore Purchases", then make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Restoring re-activates any non-consumable items and subscriptions on a new or reinstalled device.

I was charged but did not get my item.+

Purchases can take a moment to clear. First try "Restore Purchases" in the Store. If the item still does not appear, email us from the account you purchased with and include the date and what you bought, and we will sort it out.

How do I request deletion of my data?+

Neon Drift does not require an account, so most data is anonymous. To request deletion of any data associated with your device, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion" and we will process your request.

How do I turn off personalized ads?+

On iOS, decline the tracking prompt or turn it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, open Settings → Google → Ads and turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization". You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

The game crashes or runs slowly.+

Make sure you are on the latest version, restart your device, and confirm you have enough free storage. If it keeps happening, email us your device model and OS version so we can reproduce and fix it.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?+

We love feedback. Email [email protected] with as much detail as you can (what happened, what you expected, your device and OS). Screenshots or a short clip help a lot.
