Neon Drift — Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how DevNPlay ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Neon Drift (the "Game"). We built Neon Drift to be playable without you creating an account or giving us your name, and we collect as little personal information as possible.
By downloading or playing the Game you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Information We Collect
We do not ask you to register or provide your real name, email, or phone number to play. The information involved is limited to:
- Device & technical data — device model, operating system version, language, region, and a non-permanent advertising identifier, used to run, secure, and improve the Game.
- Gameplay & analytics data — events such as runs started, levels completed, scores, settings, crashes and performance metrics, collected in aggregate to fix bugs and balance the Game.
- Purchase data — when you buy something, the App Store or Google Play processes the payment and tells us only whether the entitlement is active. We never receive or store your card number.
- Advertising data — if ads are shown, our ad partners may process an advertising identifier and limited device data to deliver and measure ads (see "Advertising").
- Support messages — if you email us, we receive the email address you write from and whatever you choose to include.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Game.
- To fix crashes, diagnose problems, and improve performance and game balance.
- To deliver and measure advertising and to enable in-app purchases.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- To respond to your support requests.
4. Advertising
The Game may display ads served by third-party advertising networks (for example, Google AdMob). These partners may use a device advertising identifier to show and measure ads, including, where permitted, personalized ads.
You can limit or reset ad personalization at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). On iOS, the Game requests permission before any tracking; if you decline, only non-personalized ads are used.
5. Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Game is used in aggregate (for example, which levels are too hard, or where crashes happen). This data is tied to random device identifiers, not to your identity.
6. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google and, for entitlement management, by our purchase provider (RevenueCat). Payment details are handled by the store and never reach our servers. We receive only an anonymized record that a purchase or subscription is active.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Game — app stores, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and purchase processing — and only as needed for those functions, or where required by law.
8. Data Retention
Analytics and crash data are retained only as long as needed to operate and improve the Game, then aggregated or deleted. Support emails are kept while your request is open and for a reasonable period afterward.
9. Children's Privacy
Neon Drift is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Because the Game does not require an account, most data is anonymous; to exercise a right or request deletion of data tied to your device, email us and we will help.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the limited data we handle.
12. International Transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
