How do I play?+
Each level is a board packed with slim arrows that together form a hidden picture. Tap an arrow to send it off the board — it leaves in the direction it points, but only when the straight path from its head to the edge is clear of other arrows. The arrows block each other, so the puzzle is reading which one is actually free. Clear them all and the picture is revealed.
What are hearts?+
Each board gives you a few hearts. Tapping an arrow whose path is blocked costs a heart (it shakes and the blocker flashes). Run out and the board fails — but you can revive by watching a short video, refill hearts with a booster, or retry. Read before you tap!
What are boosters and how do I get more?+
Boosters help when you are stuck: Hint highlights a free arrow, Reveal flashes every free arrow, Bomb blasts a cluster, Wand auto-clears several arrows, and Refill tops up your hearts. You start with a few of each; when you run out you can spend coins or watch a short rewarded video to use one. Coins come from coin packs or are earned by playing.
Is every level solvable?+
Yes. Every board is generated and verified so it can always be cleared — you will never hit an impossible or soft-locked level. Boosters are optional conveniences, never required.
How do I restore my purchases?+
Open the in-game Shop and tap "Restore Purchases", then make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Restoring re-activates Remove Ads on a new or reinstalled device. Coins are consumable and are tied to the device they were purchased on.
I was charged but did not get my item.+
Purchases can take a moment to clear. First try "Restore Purchases" in the Shop. If the item still does not appear, email us from the account you purchased with and include the date and what you bought, and we will sort it out.
How do I turn off personalized ads?+
On iOS, decline the tracking prompt or turn it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, open Settings → Google → Ads and turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization". You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. You can also buy Remove Ads to stop banner and interstitial ads entirely.
How do I request deletion of my data?+
Fletcha does not require an account and stores your progress on your device. You can wipe it any time from Settings → Reset Progress, or by deleting the app. To request deletion of any data associated with your device, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion".
The game crashes or runs slowly.+
Make sure you are on the latest version, restart your device, and confirm you have enough free storage. If it keeps happening, email us your device model and OS version so we can reproduce and fix it.
